All orders are subject to a 2-3 day processing period, this is because all products are made to order. Orders placed after 5pm will begin processing the following day.
After the processing period, orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Second Class 2-3 Working days (This may increase during public holidays and busier periods such as the festive period).
Orders are usually with customers within 7 working days of making an order, if after 10 days you have not received your order please contact us at awakeningcandles@gmail.com for investigation.
If you require an order urgently, please contact us via email to discuss alternative shipping options.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office

Although Awakening make every effort to ensure each of our candles are perfect, we are human and all our products are handmade. We take pride in our offerings and want you to be completely satisfied with your Awakening purchase. If your candle / product is damaged or not to your expectations, our return policy is outlined below or you can reach us at awakeningcandles@gmail.com. Please include your order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Returns
Please contact us at awakeningcandles@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 7 business days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
